Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us this form or a notification, indicating your name, full address, telephone number and email address, and your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax or email). We remind you that the use of this form is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the communication regarding your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method different from that offered by the supplier). We will proceed to make said refund within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, but remember that we will retain said amount until we have received the goods.
We are Mauri and Ana, two lifelong friends who, like many others, have encountered many difficulties this past year. Damn pandemic!!
Despite this, we have remained optimistic and thanks to our effort and determination we are managing to move forward.
